Check in is after 3:00 p.m.
The Front Desk is staffed 24 hours a day so those arriving on late flights can still check in to the Residence after hours.
Check out is by 10:00 a.m.
Those leaving on later flights can ask the Front Desk to hold their items until it is time to depart later that day.
No packages may be delivered to the Residence before a Resident arrives/checks-in.
Each room is furnished with a bed, desk, dresser and lamp. The bed is a regular Twin bed. No furniture may be brought into the facility. The bathroom has a shower curtain, 1 roll of toilet paper and a trash can.
Residents need to furnish their own towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, hair dryers, hangers, iron, light bulbs and refrigerator (no larger than 1.7 cubic feet) Refrigerators may be rented, if available, from the Residence for a flat fee of $70 per stay and Resident Starter Set (complete with a sheet set, blanket, pillow, towel and washcloth) can be purchased for $50.00 upon arrival at the Front Desk.
NO microwaves or hot plates are permitted.Other prohibited items include: rice cookers, crock pots and blenders.
There is 24/7 access to a microwave in the lobby café.
The Markle Front Desk staff is on-hand 24/7 to buzz residents into the building. Before heading up to their room, residents are asked to show identification.
Male visitors are allowed in the lobby and dining area only. Guests must be accompanied by residents at all time.
The laundry room is located on the 4th floor and requires a card which must be purchased for $5.00 each. Funds can be added to the card as residents need them.. The cost to wash is $1.25 for a regular load and $1.25 for 60 minutes of drying time.
The Dining Room hours for Monday – Friday are:
Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. (Continental) then 7:00 – 9:00 a.m. (Hot)
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Dinner: 5:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Hours for Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are:
Breakfast: 8:00 – 10:00 a.m.
Lunch: Noon – 2:00 p.m.
